In the home environment the protection against Dust is very important. Once dust particles can enter the optical system it can lower the picture quality of the projector.
In order to avoid this, the VPL-HS1, VPL-HS2 and VPL-HS3 are equipped with an air filter.
Once the lifetime of the filter is reached or the filter gets saturated with dust a message on the screen will appear on the screen. Then, the PK-HS1FL can be used for replacement.
